At Pizza Bar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy every bite, and we stand behind the quality of our food and service. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
You received the wrong order (e.g., different items or missing items)
The food was undercooked, spoiled, or not prepared as promised
Your order was not delivered or arrived significantly late (more than 60 minutes without notice)
Change of mind after the order is placed
Orders not collected by the customer
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Complaints made more than 2 hours after delivery
Food that has been mostly or fully consumed

Your name
Order details (time, items ordered, delivery method)
A brief explanation of the issue
Photos of the food, if applicable
We’ll review your request and respond within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we’ll offer either:
A replacement meal
A full or partial refund
Store credit for your next order
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, or offered as cash refund (for in-person orders), or store credit (based on customer preference and situation).
Pizza Bar reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if we suspect misuse of this policy.
