Terms and Conditions

Pizza Bar – Iskandarabad

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including online and phone orders, delivery, dine-in, and takeaway at Pizza Bar, located at Nearer Gate, Otrra House, B Housing Colony, Iskandarabad.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed via phone, online (if available), or in-person.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices may change without notice; final price is confirmed at time of order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (e.g., abusive behavior, non-payment history).

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within selected areas around Iskandarabad.

  • Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes, but may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or cancellation.

  • Once delivered or picked up, the order becomes the customer’s responsibility.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash on delivery, online payment (if available), or in-store.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation or delivery.

  • If a payment is not received or declined, the order will not be processed.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order by calling us.

  • Once preparation begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

  • Pizza Bar reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational issues or unavailability of ingredients.

5. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in cases of:

  • Wrong or missing items

  • Undercooked/spoiled food

  • Non-delivery or late delivery beyond 60 minutes (without prior notice)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery address provided

  • Orders reported more than 2 hours after delivery

6. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

While we take care in food preparation, our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary concerns before placing your order.

7. Use of Our Website or Social Media (If applicable)

  • You may not misuse our website or platforms to spread harmful content, spam, or offensive material.

  • We reserve the right to block users or remove comments that are abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, menus, and photos belong to Pizza Bar and may not be reused without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or in-store. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
